This Zillions of Enemies card was originally available as a freebie from various festivals (including SubCul Festa, Akihabara Electric Outside Festival, and Comiket 82) in Japan between July and August 2012. It was given away, along with a Prinny thumb fan, to anyone who made a purchase from the Nippon Ichi booth during of the festivals. Both this card and the thumb fan were then made available from the Japan Nippon Ichi online store beginning on the 24th August 2010, where they were given away to anyone who made a purchase from the store, while stocks lasted.

The card was also available on its own as a freebie with vol. 522 of Dengeki Playstation magazine, which was released in Japan on the 26th of July 2012.

There was also a campaign on Twitter which was run by Broccoli on its official 'Zillions of Enemy X' Twitter account. The campaign was run from the 27th of July to the 12th of August 2012, and was open to anyone who followed @zxtcg with the hashtag #ZX_TCG. This card was given away as one of the prizes in the campaign.
