This Mega Man pin was originally available as a freebie from the Capcom booth at E3 in 2003.

The pin is made in two separate sections - the head, and the body. The head is attached to the body with a spring, and it wobbles. So basically, it's the same idea as a bobble-head figure, except that it's a bobble-head pin.
