This Astro Boy medal was made to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Osamu Tezuka's birth. The medal is made out of solid silver, and features Astro Boy on the reverse. A number of these same-styled medals were made with different Tezuka characters on them, but I'm unsure how many or what characters were made.
