Originally came bundled with the 'Legendary Edition' of Okamiden DS in Japan, but was also available on it's own later on as a pre-order bonus from the US Capcom online store. This particular one is from the Japanese 'Legendary Edition' box set.

The Divine Instrument on Chibiterasu's back is attached with velcro, and is removable, as seen in the picture below.
